DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer free shipping within Ibiza for all orders over €200 in all EU except from Canarias, Açores and Madeira. For orders under €200, we charge a rate depending on the total weight of your order. We use Colissimo, a reliable and trusted carrier to deliver your orders, and we aim to dispatch your items within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. You can expect to receive your items within 3-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship only in Europe.

ORDER TRACKING

We provide order tracking for all orders, so you can easily monitor the progress of your delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can use this information to track your order until it arrives at your doorstep.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched, you can still cancel it, but we may charge a restocking fee.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your items, you may return them within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
