REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Tanit Code! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we offer a hassle-free refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your items, you may return them within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@tanitcodeibiza.com. We will provide you with a return address and any other necessary information. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return in your email.
Crochet and cashmere clothes are non-refundable and exchangeable.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. If they are, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched, you can still cancel it, but we may charge a restocking fee.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@tanitcodeibiza.com. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to return the items. Once we receive the items, we will inspect them to determine if they are eligible for a refund or exchange.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you can return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
